Born and raised in Dayton, Ohio, Ted Wolfe moved to the west to attend college at Colorado University in 1966 earning a B.S. degree in Marketing. He now considers himself a transplanted native after falling in love with the Boulder area. Ted is active in the Buffs organization and all C.U. sports. He also enjoys golf, beaches and his two dogs.

Ted Wolfe's extensive experience in various aspects of the housing market makes him an expert in his field. His experience includes sales of both new and resale homes which encompasses single-family residences, condominiums and townhomes. Ted spent his earlier professional years as a mortgage lender which has equipped him with the prequalifying expertise to help new home buyers, and armed him with the patience and understanding to walk them through the process. He has listed and sold property throughout Boulder County, north to Berthoud, south to Westminster, and east to Ft. Lupton. He specializes in residential property in Boulder County and now Broomfield County. Ted is also well versed and active in all phases of relocation.

Since 1980 Ted has been a licensed Broker Associate and a member of the Boulder Area Board of Realtors, serving as its Director in 2000-2001. After working with several other real estate firms, he became a member of the Wright-Kingdom Real Estate team in 1999. While Ted is a professional in every sense of the word, he prides himself as being energetic, optimistic and, most of all, low key. He realizes what an important step buying a new home is to first time buyers. It is important to him to match the right home with the right prequalified buyer before showing a property, while maintaining a pressure-free comfort zone for both parties.

Ted works with his clients 100% of the time and he utilizes top notch marketing techniques for his listings. While taking advantage of all of the Real Estate marketing tools available including, the MLS, the Internet, local newspapers, and magazines such as Homes and Land and Where to Live, he also relies on immediate feedback from inspectors and secondary realtor showings. As he gathers information regarding a property, he keeps both buyers and sellers informed on a weekly basis. Ted is detail oriented and tracks all transactions as they occur.
